UNITED - Unifying niches, interactions and distributions: A common theoretical framework for geographic range dynamics and local coexistence

  • International Research Project
  • 2017 to 2020
Summary:

The main aim of UNITED is to integrate current theory about the different components of the species’ niche with its effects on the distribution and coexistence of species at different scales. Our general objective is thus to provide a common theoretical framework that unifies the processes determining both the geographic ranges of species and their co-existence in local communities.
