I received a Ph.D. in Water flow and root water uptake-Measuring and Modelling from the University of University of Tabriz in 2010 and I am currently leading the / working in the Urmia University. I am a professor of Department of Water Engineering at the University of Iran/Urmia. My research focuses on Irrigation, Plant-Soil-Water interactions, Water flow modelling, Root water Uptake and plant root growth.

My current research is driven by three overarching objectives:
     New strategy in irrigation systems,
     Measuring and Modelling in soil, water and plant in agriculture.
     Water use efficiency by focuse in root systems.
