I received a Ph.D. in Ecological Genomics from imperial College London in 2016 and I am currently working in Computational Biology and Population Genomics - CoBiG2 of cE3c. I am a postdoc at the University of Lisbon/Azores. My research focuses on landscape genomics of Quercus species and identifying the genetic basis of local adaptation. Previously, I worked on the emergence of Cryptococcus neoformans in Southern Africa. I completed one-year postdoc at the University of California, Berkeley investigating the genomics of Xylella fastidiosa.
