Reference Bias Lupinus spp Phylogenomic Analyses

Inês Vieira is conducting a MSc in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology in the University of Lisbon. In 2023 she started her MSc research project on phylogenomic analysis under the supervision of Bruno Nevado within the Speciation Genomics group of the cE3c. Her project aim is to characterise the effect of reference bias in the analysis of large phylogenomic datasets.
