My research interests and work experience include taxonomy, ecology, and biodiversity conservation of arthropods. Particularly, I am interested in understanding how arthropods communities respond to land-use changes in agricultural and agroforest landscapes. Also, I have been involved in the study of taxonomy, community ecology, species distribution and conservation of the Portuguese Orthoptera.
