Thermal adaptation

I received a Ph.D. in Genetics from the University of Santiago de Compostela in 1982 and I am currently working with the "Local Adaptation in Drosophila" group of cE3c. I am a professor of Genetics at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. My research focuses on different aspects of biology,such as the origin of life, canalization and developmental processes and thermal adaptation.
For many years I have been involved in Thermal Evolution research using Drosophila as model system.
