I received my master’s degree in Evolutionary and Developmental Biology from the University of Lisbon in January 2021. I am currently preparing to pursue doctoral studies, which will be done under the supervision of Dr. Vítor Sousa (cE3c) and Dr. Jonna Kulmuni (University of Helsinki). I will study the processes shaping the evolution of hybrid genomes via simulations and experimental manipulation.
